Quality System Audit:
A quality system audit is an essential step in ensuring that the organization complies with regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, IRIS ISO 22163, etc.) and controls all of its management processes. Our system audits are carried out using a structured approach, based on analyzing the gaps between actual practices and the requirements of the standard. We assess the consistency of the quality policy, the effectiveness of key processes, document management, risk management, and the dynamics of continuous improvement. Thanks to our industrial expertise, we provide a critical and constructive perspective that not only ensures compliance, but also identifies levers for sustainable optimization and quality management.
Manufacturing process audit:
In sectors such as automotive, railways and aeronautics, mastering manufacturing processes is a strategic requirement. Our process-oriented quality audits are based on IATF 16949 requirements, VDA 6.3 standards and best field practices. We intervene directly on production lines to assess the compliance of operations, the robustness of standards, the control of critical parameters, the implementation of error-proofing systems (poka-yoké) and the effectiveness of process and product quality control systems.
