Manufacturing process audit:

In sectors such as automotive, railways and aeronautics, mastering manufacturing processes is a strategic requirement. Our process-oriented quality audits are based on IATF 16949 requirements, VDA 6.3 standards and best field practices. We intervene directly on production lines to assess the compliance of operations, the robustness of standards, the control of critical parameters, the implementation of error-proofing systems (poka-yoké) and the effectiveness of process and product quality control systems.
